Butterfly

   A town in Northern Ireland

  Historic castle, there,

It is renowned in song now,

  It's sung, with loving care.

   In Canada, now living,

  Return home, - not scheduled

  Retired, in 'ssisted living,

  The given care, quite good.

  The town, is Carrickfergus

First half of name, - best known.

Quite soon though, I'LL be movin'

  To second half, I'm goin'.

Though NOT to TOWN by that name,

There IS one, not too far,

  It's only 40 mins away

  When traveling by car.

The new place I will go to,

  Is Fergus Place, by name,

I trust the care received there

Be better, if not the same.

To Know, Know, Know Him. {song}

To know, know, know Him, Is to love, love, love Him, Just to walk His way, In His will, to stay, Yes. to know, know, know Him, Is to love, love, love Him, And I do, yes I do, do you? When He died for me, On that cruel tree, He endured such agony Just so He could set me free, He rose again triumphantly And He lives in Heav'n eternally, He wants you and me there too. Why can't men see How vast His love be? Some day He'll return To take His own to Glory. To know, really know Him, Is to love, truly love Him Live for Him each day, In His will, obey, Yes to know, know, know Him, Is to love, love, love Him And I know, He loves you too.                                                                                       ...

Addenda to 'Who is this man'

Who is this Man Addenda (in blue) to an anthem by Mary Kay Beall entitled Who is this Man? sung in my home church choir a few years ago. Who is this man upon a cross By love's decree, brought low? They say He came to save the world Because God loved us so The King of Kings And Lord of Lords Eternally He'll reign Can it be true He died for me And yes, would die again Who is this man upon the cross? He is a friend to me And though I oft Him disappoint His love has set me free The King of Kings And Lord of Lords He took my sin and pain And yes it's true He died for me, But will return again
